Frequently asked questions

Everything about building, claiming, and going live.

How does claiming an avatar work?

When you build an avatar you're matched to one from our roster. Claiming reserves that specific avatar to you — no one else can claim her. You then create your account and complete Fanplace verification to finish setting her up.

Is my avatar exclusive to me?

Yes. A claimed avatar is one-to-one — she's bound to your profile and can't be claimed by anyone else while you hold her.

Why do I need to verify my ID on Fanplace?

Your avatar publishes on Fanplace, and Fanplace requires identity verification to keep the platform compliant and to make sure each avatar belongs to a real, verified owner. It's a one-time step that protects your account and your earnings.

What is the 72-hour window?

When you claim an avatar she's held for you for 72 hours while you finish verifying your Fanplace account. We'll email you reminders during that window. If verification isn't completed in time, the avatar is released back to the pool so someone else can claim her.

What unlocks after I'm approved?

Once your Fanplace account is approved, your full studio and the resource hub unlock — generation tools, the Edit-her looks, lessons, prompt packs, and the rest of the onboarding so you can start creating and publishing content.
